Week of December 10th: Inter-American Commission for Human Rights visits Colombia, with stops in the cities of Bogota, Medellin, and Barrancabermeja.
Mid-December: Joint House/Senate Conference Committee releases text of final version of the foreign operations bill, containing funding for Colombia and the Andean region. Congress adjourns for the winter break.
